Infocus - the clue is in our name. Our focus is on your business to deliver effective integrated marketing.

Since 1996 we have been producing award-winning and business-generating marketing.

We love brand strategy, brand design, promotions to move your customers up the 'loyalty ladder', web site creative and build work....

We are based in Surrey and have clients across the UK.

Between the main partners we have a wealth of experience of what works and what doesn't.

I started my 20 year marketing career as a Unilever Marketing Graduate trainee and like many was tempted away by the lure of a nice new car. This was followed by commercial marketing roles in Kraft General Foods and Quaker.

After a brief spell as a senior lecturer in Marketing and Services Marketing I set up consultancy that designs and delivers tailormade customer first programmes for various companies including United Biscuits.

Most recently I have become the active Partner with Infocus an award winning marketing agency with 10 years of design experience in the spa and beauty sector - it would be nice if this meant more of those lovely treatements but it doesn't seem to work like that. I am also a qualified CIPD trainer.

Like many classical, commercial marketers I hate to see marketing money wasted and are keen to make all we do effective...that is what infocus is all about.

Roger has a rare and valuable combination of creative ability and technical experience along with a great business judgement. He began his career with marketing for British Telecom during the growth period of the 1980's.

After Infocus, Roger started and runs a sucessful professional film company - Jump Off The Screen is an innovative film production company for business, broadcast and brand. Through its creativity, passion and expertise, it deliver films to engage, stimulate and inform audiences.

As well as running Jump Off The Screen Roger enjoys running in his spare time which is how he keeps so annoyingly fit.

Our heavy-weight partner in the respectful sense.

Suki has over 25 years experience operating at high levels in a range of business starting with Unilever - which is where we met as fresh faced, 'we'll take over the world' optimistic graduate trainees. His career spans marketing, operations and general management for, Coca-Cola International and Forte & Le Meridien Hotels (main board globally).

He has endless energy and passion for business, over the years he has sucessfully held non-executive directorships in sectors from airline services, .com start-ups and building as well as some rather interesting consultancy projects.

In February 2000 he founded and set up SSI the parent company behind re-aqua and Dove Spa. SSI grew to 30 sites in the UK, 14 in Spain and 2 in Mexico. His belief that skilled people are a crucial ingredient for spa and salon sucess led to the acquisition of Carlton Institute in 2007 which has grown to be the largest training provider in the wellbeing and beauty sector with 12 sites nationwide.

In his spare (!) time he is Chairman of the Spa Business Association and a director of Habia (the UK standard setting body for spa, hair & beauty) and historically a national league volleyball player and coach.

Despite his chemistry degree from Imperial College he can be suprisingly very creative and has long stopped wearing the 'science geek' glasses.

Ross is a real expert in developing web sites to work effectively to meet specific business needs from optimising web usability, web design and the commercial side of web sites and on-line marketing. His experience and understanding achieves the best out of designers and techies to enable businesses to reach the commercial marketing targets from web development. From tailor-made ecommerce to booking on-line systems - all designed to significantly lift business performance.

Seriously we bow to his best practise knowledge in this area. His experience comes from many, many years learning and practising in the Dark Art of the digital powers and working at The Carphone Warehouse where he was instrumental in their web site design, functionality and SEO.

Ross's passion is for more adventurous sports, especially snowboarding and surfing.
